Participation is flexible and self-directed. Members engage at the level that fits their organization's capacity and expertise.
MONTHLY
Monthly plenaries
The Community-wide plenary meets monthly to align on strategy, share progress updates, and coordinate across the Community's active efforts. Broad participation is encouraged. This is where the full Community voice comes together.
TIME-BOUND
Focused working sessions
Focused, time-bound efforts are where the detailed work happens: requirements gathering, workflow documentation, and recommendation development. Members opt in based on their area of expertise.
ONGOING
Knowledge exchange
The work doesn't stop when meetings end. Members exchange resources, questions, and lessons learned through the Community's forum and knowledge repository, so value builds continuously between sessions.
